Exchange policy:

If you receive your product and are not happy with the fit, replace them (UN-used) in the original UV zip lock bag within 10 days and return for exchange in size. You will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred.

Warranty:

If within 30 days of purchase you are not happy with your product or find them defective please return them for a full refund.

Please note:

Small bubbles and other minor blemishes occur naturally in the manufacturing process and are not considered defects and in no way will affect the performance of the gloves.

Shipping:

If you should return your product for a size exchange you will be responsible for any further shipping cost.

All products will be shipped by United States Postal Service First Class Mail unless other arrangements have been made by contacting our customer service.

Black Lagoon Products LLC nor its owners are responsible or will be held liable for any accidents that occur while using our products. Darkfin gloves are not meant as a life saving or flotation device. Do NOT use Darkfin gloves if you do not already possess good swimming skills. Never go in the water alone. Darkfin gloves will NOT make you a better swimmer. Never attempt to swim farther or dive deeper using Darkfin gloves than you would attempt to do without them. The use of Darkfin gloves can cause muscle fatigue in people who do not possess the necessary upper body strength to support the additional resistance created by using Darkfin gloves.
